2012 brought in September last year 0 miles£ 10.300 with service rear cowl r&g bungs and tail tidy also have me £4800 for my rr6
What mileage did you Guy's have your first service done at? I was thinking 500-600 miles, but I've noticed in the Handbook the run in period is stated as 500 Kilometers which is only 300 miles, so is that when ya first service is due or just when ya can thrape the arse off her?
300 mile run in and 600 mile service which of course is very important .I run mine in upto the 300 miles as per the book but for the sake of another 300 miles I ran it fast but did not red line it , get the service done and then go for it .

Mine has 535 miles and going in for service then 30th march it will be at mallory and week after Anglesey getting a proper bedding in or a first taste of gravel ha ha
Does anyone know why the ABS models don't get the fancy underseat plastics as per the non-ABS? Can't see what would cause a problem in that area?
Anyone got a picture of both side by side? (I can't find a svc manual to see for myself, and only have an ABS one). H
ABS is all matt black plastic under the tail section which although aint as 'sexy' as the non ABS it will at least still look presentable in a years time when the non ABS bikes Ass is all stone chipped and tatty lookin'!
