Can anyone recommend the best stand to sit at for the Motogp? Myself, Notsogreen and my brother are going to ride over for raceday this weekend
Last year I was in the Woodcote is it ? You saw them coming down the Wellington straight towards the Luffield, before they came along past you. was a good position.
We were also in Woodcote and you do see a the riders for a long stretch. Also this year they're going back to the National Pits so it's going to be the last corner again. A mate of mine went and stood at Vale and said there was loads of action there and a great viewpoint.
The view from Becketts Stand is awesome - you can see about a third of the circuit but you do need to be in the seating high up - loads of high speed action.
Noob question... I'm going on Sunday, first time... we have "roving" tickets, how long before the main event do we need to get settled to bag a good seat? Do people generally bag the good seats first thing in the morning and stay there all day?
My friend is arriving at the track at 7am with his family to get a spot set up. That's all I know mate. We should be there around 9:30am latest
We are leaving St Neots around 8am and heading cross country on some nice roads there mate it's about 50miles from mine
It's was really busy today - great atmosphere and the interviews this evening worth seeing. I have roving grandstand seats so need to decide one and get there early and then that's seat for day. It's the best £40 spent for a 3 day ticket - some may remember me posting about the nec bike show last year saying it was the biggest deal at the show.
