Interesting you say that Jimbo. I'm exactly the same. Just can't focus on WSB at all and can't, for the life of me work out why. I'm the same with touring cars, enjoy a good BTCC dice but world touring cars.........? Nothing.
You guys are missing out, last few races have been mad! Tell you one thing to be proud of is Tom Sykes is just brilliant he is SUCH a good racer! Next race.. get some!
It should make the first corner interesting. there will be more cheeky hands out than round the key bowl at a swingers party
If you watch the super slo mo cam footage from the front you can see the rider reach out and unclip the sensor with his left hand, then a joker like smile can be seen through the visor as he watched the afflicted bike spin past him on the deck! The same story can be seen with kio in bsb he can't get on with the bikes now the electronics have been cut back, wasnt too long ago he was the top dog on the HM plant machine!
I'm pondering now... I think it's track association, bsb for obvious reasons, motogp as that's all I've watched for years, wsb they at places I don't know?
The last few rounds have been pretty good in WSB, well a few red flag stoppage problems but still good racin!
Doesn't WSB race at the majority of motoGP tracks? and if not a lot of them are ex motogp tracks like donnington etc
They have started goin to a few new tracks in the last few years, Turkey and Russia now get visits from the WSB circus!
yeah, but it's only a couple. The vast majority are well known tracks. To me it is a bit like what motoGP should be like. Tight competetion, global tracks, international riders and full grids of reklatively equal bikes. If MotoGP got that formula down it would be ace. As long as they ditched the electrics. I mean they set up the bike by telemetry for different parts of a track! Your bike should be what you wheel out of the pits and thats it.
Ha ha... Well it's not track association, I obviously don't pay attention... Quite a few are the same I see?? God know what it is....
A bit off topic but just picked up the latest edition of mcn sport. Its got some awesome photos of all the 500 two strokes and some good reading.
I had a look in WH Smiths on the M25, but i couldn't see it. I'll have a mooch round some other places. Looks good
