Evenin' all.. Just a quick intro from a new member.. I'm Lockster...or Chris, I've not long purchased a vanilla (apart from Goodridge hoses up front) 55plate RR5, red/blue/silver, 2300 on the clock...it's my first 'real' sports bike to be honest...over the years I've owned a lot of stuff (rd125,350LC, 350YPVS, VF750F, GS425, GS400F Bandit and a YZF600r T/Cat) but never a one litre supersports! I've only managed around 150miles on it so far so in hoping for a few nice days before winter takes hold. I'm hoping to source a nice used aftermarket exhaust, tail tidy, perhaps some crash bungs and maybe a tinted bubble screen...for starters! Hopefully I can bring a little something to the forum! Hopefully the photos are in 'My RR5' gallery folder! I'll do a past bike folder soon! Anyone who can recommend (or has) a decent exhaust or a head's up on bungs, screen, tail tidy or nice hugger please give me a shout. Lockster
Looking at foto of ur bike dude, the front tyre pic, the arrow seems to be pointing the wrong way for direction of travel, has it been fitted the right way??? Or am i seeing things ??
Bloody hell...WTF..! I'm guessing its been dropped back in 'backwards' on a pad change?? Are the front wheels able to be mounted in reverse by mistake if the fitter isn't paying attention??
