Picked up this B1H yesterday from Sunderland 400 mile round trip Seller was really wary of giving me any details of bike or even his address at one point I was gonna leave it but really glad I didn't . Chap was really nice and I suppose just a bit cautious

2005 with v5 6111 miles which I thought must of had clocks or summat but all old mots back up mileage

It had Wilber's rear shock (anyone have any info on this I'd appreciate it )

    Ohlins front fork springs
    Ohlins steering damper
    Quickshifter
    Power commander
    Robby Moto throttle
    Gb Moro rearsets
    2 exhausts
    Wets on wheels with discs
    Gear indicator
    Braided hoses

Ive had 3 B1h road bikes, lovely mid range for sure, them extra 37 cc over say a 599 cc super-sports does make a difference :)

That looks like a weapon with all that bling on it.No wonder the guy was really wary. You never know who is on the other end of the phone when selling something like that.
Enjoy it mate and lock it up.

Looking good did you write off your last one in your crash or just fancy changing it .

I plan to get a spare sets of fairings done in the same colour scheme as mine are now ready for racing next year as I guess I will bin it at some point.

While on what gearing do you have on your blade been messing with mine I know you have 15 on the front what you have on the rear, also did you change the chain from 530 to 520 if so apart from weight is there any difference.

    Cheers Jay :D

you not taking my advice then :( 44/43 will suit most circuits at your level, and mine)

main difference in the chain, less weight for the engine to spin=more power going to the rear wheel essentially, faster spin up.

can i tell the difference between them? no idea never had a track bike with anything other than a 520,i guess that tells you something......?

if you do swap chains, dont skimp on a cheapo,a snapped chain will cost a lot more to replace then the initial layout of say 100 quid for a good one.
