    Yup kriega too.

Quality gear. Versatile, looks better than Ventura. Solid as a rock, even better with rentek, lasts years and can keep for your next bike. ;)

Mines like new after 4 tours!

If you get a 30 now you can use this as a weekend bag, but can add to it for longer tours later :)

    This is 20 & 30 - 9 days

Kreiga for me too. 20l and a 10l and another 5l did 9 days in Europe with plenty to spare. Total, 35 litres.

top stuff, and kept my gear 100% dry in horrific weather.

I know that question wasn't aimed at me, but FWIW I use a roll of this stuff which you can pick up at most DIY/Automotive shops.

Kriega user here too, I got the US30 for the Scotland tour, also added a Givi tank bag like Jimbo's, since added the US20 and the US10.
The Givi tank bag IMO is a great addition to your everyday riding kit, although a few concerns we're raised about the position of it restricting the rider this depending on riding style on the bike i guess, we are not all the same, it's something you can or can't live with.
Personally never had an issue with it over the time I've had it, although I did notice wear on my leathers where I'd inadvertently been leaning up it whilst on the move.
I found having a mixture of the luggage sizes user friendly and versatile
I was for example able to have my main luggage left on the bike whilst on the ferry, using just the US10 as an over night bag and the Givi for my valuables.
As said, for a weekender a US 20 or US30 is adequate enough for your purpouse. "so long as you don't take the kitchen sink"
I'll pop back with some links when I find them, there's plenty more information to read should you feel the need?

you need to be careful though dudes. this stuff is great and can buy it on the roll cheap.... but you need to make sure that it doesnt move around either.

i've seen this get wet, the pack and mat thing moving on the bike (not noticably) rubbed the paint worse and destroyed my mates rear end. ironic really....

but if its secure and cant move. its fine.

You would probably need a canoe sack "waterproof bag liner" for the Richa one so add £10-20 for a decent one on top of what you'd pay for the bag, then your looking at similar price to the kriega unless you go the bin bag route to keep costs down

Thank you to everyone for the fab advice, i normally wear a Weise rucksack n its about 35 litres in total n use waterproof bag liners, been to Scotland countless times n IOM / IOW & Europe. I like it cus when am away from the bike so are all my possessions n it don't spoil the look of the bike :p ( vain i know )

But as am gerring older its gerring harder carry 35 litres of kit on me back all day long, not bad when gassing it but slow ride stuff is a killer. So looking at alterbpbatives like a tail pack.

I hate tank bags tbh, as they ger in the way ( imho ) when im moving around on the bike or im checking me twat nav out, then the pain in the ass when fuelling up.

I keeps all me docs in a waterproof bag, normally in the pocket of my gortex inner jack pocket which is easily accessed even with gloves on.

Ill go n check out Kriega down the shops cheers everyone :D
