Just reading thought this guys, a few good ideas for forum members to keep tags on the runners riders & sliders for next season.

Naturally it all depends if you want too put the effort in of course, no pressure.

So what I'm thinking, and please feel free to help me out here 'in a nice way of course':)

Each rider has there own thread.

From what I understand you have 10 meetings a year? With the no limits' either way what ever the amount,
For each meet dedicate 2 pages. One for the write up and one for the pictures.

    So you'll need 20 pages.
I'd never thought of this but I spotted Jimbo Vills had reserved pages, that way anyone posting does so underneath hence not unsettling the flow of the thread.

Each one can have its own title and it would kind of act like a diary so members could see when and where you are.

If your interested but not comfy doing this let me know, I'll willingly lend a hand setting anyone up.

What I'll need list of all the dates and locations.

    Over to you.

Ps, MotoGP WSBK BSB riders can do their own ;)

    :edit:
Thank you to SIDEWAYS for actually starting the ball rolling on this :)

That sounds like a good idea Gary, as things can get caught up and lost within threads. I am not 100% sure on how to go about setting this up, but a few pointers and I should be away.

^^^^ I'm with you it sounds a cracking idea but I'm a tad thick with the setting up and that

Great idea Gary!! When I done mine i knew I was away for nine days.... So done an intro post and then posted 9 "day 1, day 2...." Ect posts after that, then can go back and fill in at will...

Would be good. Wedge, start a thread then do an into, then reserve a post for each round - can update as you go then but keeps all the info at the front of the thread.

I done it on our euro trip and think it worked well.

    Good work Gary!!

I'll do a mock up. And you'll have a template to go off, leave it with me and I'll Post it see to see what you think.
Then I'll seek permission from admin and ask as you do them to sticki them so they don't get buried.

    Thanks guys.

Cool! But don't think it's needed mate. Just start a thread and post race 1, 2, 3 to 10 on next posts and its sorted?

    Or am I simplifying it?

Not at all Jimbo, I love simple, less work for me :) I just put a post up now should anyone want to have a look.

It took me 15 minutes, I just kind of like the idea of having the information available regarding where they are racing, like if they was at oulton park at such a date? id make the effort to go and support them.
As said, all ideas welcome, just trying to sort the lads the recognition they deserve.
P.s I'm not entering next year, thought i'd give em a chance :D

Ok cool! It evolves.... Then guys racing know there races dates! They will also know their race tracks, reserve each post with the date and track! It'll build from there?

    Allow me!

Yours works better tbh mate simple is often better, the lads won't have much time on their hands to do full on reports anyway.

    But remember.

    Alblade's watching, and there's no postcodes ;)

They will be full of beans and gagging for sponsorship so won't shut them up! (Ps I'd love sponsorship ha ha) so sure they will find the time to update....

Dhl will be fine, he can give me the tracks post codes to update the 'info section' on each thread....

Sorry al - we love you x
