new acu test

Hey guys

Just wondering if anyone can tell me the ins and outs of the new style acu? I have a full road license and am booking it for cadwell 23rd feb

I'll be in spain monteblanco setting lap records when you'l be freezing your nuts of doing a course .... the dedication of racing.. been there done than when I did my license a few years ago...

 

The class room is a piece of piss mate no one failed in my group.

I was talking to the bloke doing the course about the new changes and the track assessment and he said he is not looking for lap records to be broken .They won't expect you to be knee down doing the perfect race line they just want to see that you can get round track in a safe and controlled manor I think if you were riding round at 10mph and indicating when going round a corner then you might have a problem .Just ride round like you were doing a sighting lap and I reckon you will be fine the bloke on track will tell you exactly what he expects you to do.

You really have nothing to worry about mate and if anything just enjoy the crack with the other lads doing it,as everyone on here said to me you really have nothing to worry about.The ACU do not want to fail people and I don't think they do unless your a complete twat on track.

They will have to waive the Track Test and just appraise you on the classroom like they did last year.

 

Maybe, just hope they wouldnt cancel it all together cos thats me scuppered!!

 

We could do endurance and race under my licence as we can't let the sponsors down .

On the endurance races you can all go out on your own bikes

Although I think you'll be surprised how well the r6 goes against the big bikes on some tracks.

 

Especially with me on it!!
