Has anyone made their own rad guard

    Hello mate, adding to Pete's link, I made my own with bits found in B&Q (the well know supplier of after market tuning parts), turned out like this:

    Parts needs: expanded steel mesh, 30" of 5mm roundbar for the frame, 2 or 3 small nuts or thick washers to make mounts for top and one penny washer to make bottom mount. Bottom mount through lower radiator fixing and top mounts cable tied to something suitable at the top. (was for an R1 but principle will be the same).
    Then paint to hide the crappy welding.

    i bought my R&G rad cover second hand for i think £30 delivered.. saves on time etc...unless you have plenty of it.. lol
