Gear change thing

    it's a gilles shaft support,yes they do help.

    if your one of those that likes to buy thiings cause they look shiney but not sure what they are for,send me your bank account details,got loads oif stuff you'll like :)

    Just an improvement would be good!

    Blade gearbox's aint all that! :rolleyes:

    Neither the zx10 when rode hard just easier to change

    They all take a steaming whatever they are tracking racing

    Beat me too it wedge....

    Tbh GG not worth it on stock rearsets, but if you have aftermarket then yes they help a lot, more so than others depending on brand of rearsets...

    Gear change isn't an issue with the blade gearbox, they just wear bad when racing / tracking as they ain't built to cope under such strain.....

    True Wedgie but I was just referring to rode riding!

    Matt's was even worse than mine apparently!

    Maybe it was just the MY12+ models that were notchy and missed gears regularly? :eek:

    On road or track mines never missed a beat - just shit itself racing lol

    Maybe user error?? ;)

    I rode mine 350 ish miles on road no problem but I've always been race shift so don't t know if would make a difference .....

    And it's Road not rode yes yes I gave you a English class not other way round ha ha

    Its what really put me off my Blade, shifting up through the gears was a nightmare on the road, for now the zx10 has been great but i do expect to destroy the odd gear box:)

    If your having good positive gear changes now i can't see how it would make them any better to be honest...

    I rode my rr6 with one and made the QS seem a more positive change so I had on my 12 from new

    I love shiny trick bits,but only if they help. Where exactly does this fit and does it help gear changes?
    And most importantly,how much:D
