    Hi,
What oil filter would you recomened for a 2009 Blade. It's a track bike with oil being changed ever 100 miles and filters every 300?

WOW:eek: the costs on that schedule must really rack up! I don't regularly track mine but I'd buy a bulk lot of K&N (hopefully on discount!) for no reason other that they are cheaper than OEM and easier to fit/remove

Yeah I'm doing both the road & track bike once a year, mainly to get rid of condensation at the beginning of the year.
I use the HiFlow HF204, but would be interested to know what oil you're planning on using as 2 lots of Castrol Power One is costing me a fortune

I'm using Silkolene pro 10/30 now I used it in my zx6r for half the season last year and it seemed to be a lot nicer on the box less clunky than the castrol Power racing I swore by the castrol till I tried this

Cheers, similar price to Castrol 1 then. May use Silkolene next time and see how I get on.

I would also recommend the Silkolene Power 4 having used it previously in my CBR600F - the bike definitely seemed to run better with that rather than Castrol.

It is what will be going in the Fireblade too when the next oil service is due.
