lol.. Oh! Tbh mate the only reason to bin pads is if they are contaminated with oil etc, or sometimes if they are VERY old they can become woody.. As the others have said if the pad is nice and flat and smooth just fit them, waveys eat pads anyway mate so they will bed-in in a few miles, a couple of stoppies and job done...lol I think all this sanding this and that goes way back to the old CB disc's and poor drum brake shoes...people still use 40year old methods on new tech...lol

lol They RRP for £1500.00ish (pair) and are a nice bit of kit, two 30mm and two 34mm aluminum pistons, not a mono block but made from two section billet CNC ally they do the bizz, these the P4 30/34 was norm pushed towards R1's but can be used on any 108mm radial fork with stock or clubman discs... Im a mine of useless info..

I'd change the mastercylinder before the calipers. I upgraded/updated my 06 calipers for a pair off a 2011 'Blade. Not a thing wrong with the calipers, but the standard m/c (with HEL lines) is the only weakness in the brakes IMO.

Im buying a cylinder at the NEC . I would love the callipers but its a tad over budget . If i hadn't bought the wheels recently i would have had them

Last year at the NEC, the guys at Harris (who I bought my PVM's from) said that the best bang for buck caliper wise was the AP Racing ones and he also rated the ISR's, but they look too industrial to me. I'm close to allowing myself a Brembo brake m/c and maybe some AP calipers next year, but it all depends on the price of pads etc. I go through at least 1 set of Honda pads each year, so it's a regular consumable product (that remids me, I need new rear pads)

ISR is some nice stuff but I agree about the looks.. Brembo own AP racing so they have more tech/punch/backing now with the stuff they produce what that they ever needed Brembo to produce good brakes imo Brembo brought them out to control the comp.... I like the Accossato masters and have seen a couple this year all good feedback so far however I would have to say Brembo are still top of the game for me and worth the extra money, but that said its not hard to get better than the OEM master!

Custom Chain guard By ColinBR .. The build quality and design is on another level with this . It's amazing how well it locks to the swing arm and becomes totally solid win you tighten the bolt down .
