    Hello guys...

Quick question to clarify.... Im atm fitting (trying to fit) a HRC quick action throttle... Having loads of hassle with the cables and now just noticed id have to take the steering damper thing off to route the cables... A couple of posts said you don't need to change the cables ! Is this true, as they do appear to be the same to me !

don't need to take the steering damper off.. the cables run under the side of the damper from memory. I changed the cables as they came with the throttle I bought and yet they are a bit of a pain.. well the bottom one is!

Mine run between the frame and the bottom of the damper unit, and the fittings are too big either end of the cable to slid through !

    Just pm'd you :)

Yeah mine was a big pain on the throttle bodies, very tricky to tuck the little sucker around!

Bottom cable tie a thread of cotton or similar to help pull it round the camber then use a long thin screwdriver to help the locater in and be patient I've done a few now and are a pain in the arse you can use original cables but leaves you 0 adjustment . Yeah take 2 bolts out damper slacken others they will go through
