How do iain.. I'm runnimg them in my road bike with 310 mm galfer wavey discs.. Standard caliper bolts and I've removed the spacers . I'll send you a pic if you require
Mine came with bolts and spacers but not sure what I need for my RR7, so will be watching this with interest.
I have them on my 05 with 320 mm conversion and they don't bite the whole disc as they should. Could you post a pic please. I'm not running any spacers.
That would be handy mate. Almost had a desaster yesterday, had the bike out the garage, took it up the street just to turn it. Gave it a large mit full and surprise surprise the stone cold rear slick broke loose! Nothing more serious that a change of underwear require!!!!
Iain, they will fit straight on. The bolts (as per Honda) should be changed if you slacken them off.. although from memory the calipers come with new bolts. You dont need spacers.. althought I managed to get some dowels from Arthur as this just helps keeps the alignment of the caliper.. not an actual spacer if you know what I mean.
So Honda would have you changing your caliber bolts every time the front tyre or brake pads needed replaced? Seems a it excessive. Can you give me Arthur's details, I like the sound of the dowels.

I also like the idea of the guiding dowels . When I bought the bike it had the spacers on and chartered under breaking as they weren't gripping the full disc.. No probs now with spacers removed
Dowels? I take it we're not talking about the wood rod that is used to join MFI/Ikea furniture? What is the advantage of using them?
Because the calipers aren't bike specific they have a little bit of movement around the area they bolt to the forks, hollow dowels would act like guides and take away any free play and lined them up more precisely
Fantastic service, ordered yesterday, arrived this morning! Callipers are here on Saturday, so I'll get them on next week and post an update.
