I bought new leathers on Saturday and the bloke in the shop says they are supposed to be really tight as they will give! After a while of having them on they felt nice and comfortable but I couldn't imagine there is enough room under the trousers for liner bottoms. Are they supposed to be that tight??

    Cheers

They will give but not much. The jacket i have is 52 and is ok with the back protector and underskins but i did try the 50 and it was tight with no room for manoeuvre. Try them with everything on them and see if you feel comfortable...do your stretches!!

They will give a bit, given some time, wear and you moving about in them. Don't eat too many pies though!

I used to wear a back protector but in the summer last year after not riding for 7 months I cant seem to do the zip up with it in, I think my leathers shrunk or.... Something

If U only bought em last Saturday then it's a bit early for them to have 'given' a bit yet unless you've lived in em all week! ;)

My RST leathers were really tight when i bought them 4 years ago, now there perfect although i may not wear them again as i have new ones and lost lots of weight...

Unless they are cutting off your circulation then i'd stick with them:)

Will give a bit in time, just keep wearing them around the house and by the time you get to get out of the bike they may be a bit more comfortable.
But be patient eventually they will give and be comfortable. Only issue, is if you wear any type of back protector you may have a problem pulling up the leathers is they are too tight.

Made to measure for £190 , I have my doubts on quality, my measurements meant going to the premises and took nearly 3 hours in total, can't remember how many measurements they took, but it was a hell of a lot & then you sit down for any extras, or specials you want

Wear them as often as you can...... in the house as well and they'll start to give, mine took about a month of riding most days to work and back, an hour and a half every day.

Fitted perfect after about a month.
