The chain guard will only fit if you fit a rivnut to your swingarm once you are happy with the location. I fitted 1 to my mates 07

Pic of nut is up, Has slight scuff marks from tightening with socket otherwise shiny and nice If they change mind on the chain guard I will give you first refusal mate
