Went to use my cordless Makita drill the other day and when I pressed the start button, there was nothing. The batteries are fully charged. I notice on ebay there are some of these drills which come with spare brushes. Could mine need replacing? If so, where are they? The drill is about 10 yrs old, it does not owe me anything!
did you try and disconnect the battery and put it back in? my dewalt sometimes does that if the battery is not fully home
Take the brushes out and have a quick look, the springs may of got stuck so not making contact. The brushes don't last long if your using everyday.....
