As per a post from earlier - there are 3 pipes that feed through the fairing (I have an ABS). The White collar that appears to be missing a hose, it is missing a hose. When your hose arrives, providing it fits, simply attach it to the White collar and feed it down alongside the frame where there is space (granted there isn't much so this will be your biggest challenge) and feed it out alongside the other two hoses. Simples. Don't allow it to get you too baffled!
Cheers buddy. Just getting confused over the "is there 2 or 3 hoses" debate. Thanks for confirming that the ABS bikes have 3. Hopefully once my tubing arrives I can get it sorted and finally start putting it back together!
Good luck. Once you have the tubing (and it fits, hopefully!) make sure that when you have routed it and attached it to the collar, as you lower the tank into place, keep pulling the tubing down through the routing area, otherwise there will be too much tubing in the tank space, therefore the tube will kink as you lower the tank above it. Also, perhaps use a wire coat hanger, unravelled and made into a long skewer, to feed into the hose to help push the hose through. You'll find that there are a number of cables running down the inside the left side of the frame (as if sitting on bike) that come from the harness, that is where this hose is supposed to be routed down too. Hope that helps?!
Guess what, I have 2 hoses hanging out and neither is the the fuel overflow! So like you the fuel hose is missing but more likely I pulled it up when I last lifted the tank
Glad I'm not the only one! I'll let you know if the hose I've ordered from ebay is a good fit - just in case you can't find yours either lol
