I don't really know much about this but it looks cheap to me. 5W 40 £7.98 each for one litre or two for £8.
I'd pass if its for a motorcycle. Motorcycle oils have to be to certain standards JASO etc. Most car oils have different friction modifiers etc in them which aren't always suitable for bikes. Check your manual then see what spec this one is.
Looking thru b&q's website they only sell automotive oil for cars/vans and chainsaws/lawn mowers etc! None of which will fair well if tried to be used in motorcycles, look for an oil which meets the above mentioned jaso specs or follow the recommendations in your bikes user manual!
Yeah, I agree, I don't understand the logic of scrimping on something that only gets replaced once a year on 5, 8, 10, or £13k worth of machine! Whatever the vehicles worth scrimping on £250 worth of tyres or £50 worth of oil to ruin an expensive toy!
