IT WILL ACTUALLY FIT THE 2008 - 2015 BIKES. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PC3 AND PCV WITH REGARD TO FUEL IS PRETTY MUCH NO DIFFERENCE. THE PCV USES THE SAME MAP AS THE PC3. THE DIFFERENCE IS WHEN YOU COME TO PUT ADDITIONAL PARTS ON. THE PC3 NEEDS AN IGNITION MODULE TO OPERATE A DYNOJET QUICKSHIFTER. THE PCV YOU CAN USE EITHER A QEM, SFM OR IGNITION MODULE. (Quickshifter Expansion Module or Secondary Fuel Module). One thing missing is the o2 sensor eliminator and without that you may well get Fi fault codes on your clocks. That aside the PC3 and PCV and both use Dynojet LCD screens. The only other advantage of the PCV is you can use an autotune which allows you to build your own fuel map while you ride the bike.
If I put it on my 2008 blade with my standard exhaust, would it make any difference to power and consumption?

I suppose. It's just I started a thread here a couple of weeks ago due to the knob heads on eBay etc offering stupid sums and thinking people are hard up hence they wouldn't be selling otherwise! No offence meant.
