Just Bought a tired race bike mechanically she's great with a fantastic motor in which oozes class, performance and reliability .Used to be Richard reas ( johns bother) which I'm guessing is where all the it stuff has come from that you can't buy..Spent nearly 2 days cleaning and fettling before adding some lovely goodies . That pic was taken Saturday evening . Chris Mayhew engines are like hen teeth. He built every one of hutchys edgines when he won 5 tts in a week . I just seen to come across them to be honest. I'm always looking tho. Bought that many I sometimes get them offered . Got some good friends as well .. Gilessay I daren't put the r1 on track yet . She's only done 300 miles and all race parts are brsndnew so gonna wait till the end of the season when there should be some bits for sale

I did ponder this one when I saw it for sale after missing out on martins TSR blade.it did seem a good price for the bike,and wheels etc.but without knowing anything about it,and it being over the stream couldn't be arsed to look any more into it.i assume martin picked it up for you? but,when you DO come to sell,let me know haha
