I may be interested in this. Are they as easy to set up as a Power Commander? never used a Bazzaz before so not got the 1st clue how they work. Probably won't be till the end of the Month so if you still have it i will probably take it.

What are the benefits over a PCV? Once the Quickshifter is fitted does it take a ot of setting up?

They are very easy to set up.Pretty much the same as Power Commanders. The software interface is a bit more user friendly I think.

You can download all the software etc from the www.bazzaz.net
    .
Bazzaz also have a dedicated channel on youtube. Look up BazzazChannel.

The Quickshifter is simplicity itself. Really easy to set up and alter. More settings available than power commander offer as you can set it for each gear. I know the PCV offers gear dependent settings but they are not easy to setup - in my opinion. You will find the default setting is perfect for most. The fuel maps are not as comprehensive as Power Commander maps but if you want to borrow an autotune I lend them out. I do have a few very good CBR1000RR Bazzaz maps for UK bikes. Akrapovic full system. Akrapovic end can. R77 full system. R77 end can. And a base map I use for other end cans. The main advantage Bazzaz has over the PCV is the 8 injector control. I would never slag off power commanders as they started it and the PCV is still a fantastic product. I use Bazzaz myself having used Power Commanders for 15 years now. I changed the PCV on my blade to a ZFI QS system and its excellent. If you dont want the Traction Control I also have a brand new Z-Fi QS system for the 08 - 15 Blade. It would be cheaper at £325 and it would come with a Push only shifter not the USS which will do push or pull. The USS is a good piece of kit but most of us use either a push or pull not both. Standard CBR1000RR uses PUSH.

OK Cool, what advantages is TC on the Road? not planning on Taking this bike on Track so is TC worth it? I would only use the Standard Push QS rather than the Race set up, i tried one a while ago and really couldn't get used to it so the non TC version you have may be better suited to me.

It almost certainly will. The TC is really for the track unless you ride like a lunatic. I will hold onto the Z-Fi QS for you till the end of the month or if you change your mind let me know.

Is there a list of downloadable Maps like DynoJet have for the Powercommander? I'm 100% sold on getting the TaylorMade Exhaust and i will also have a K&N filter, so how will i map the Bazzaz when i get it? I've looked on Bazzaz.net and can't see any lists of maps only software for the units. Also you mention switchable Maps, how do i do this? is it easy? sorry for the stoopid questions but i've only ever used PowerCommanders and had zero expeirience with Bazzaz (to be honest i've never actually even seen one, only pictures!)

just get hold of an auto tune unit which maps it on the fly as you ride.

Someone on here posted recently that he loans or rents one out.

    I think they're about £150 to buy

I think you need to block your pair valves and remove the O2 sensor so you'll need to purchase an O2 eliminator and O2 blank for after if it's not included with the Bazil.

I might be wrong but if it's like dynojet autotune u need a wide band 02 sensor for autotune to work as it picks up exhaust gases in order to adjust things
