Got about an 8 foot high pile of Metzeler scrubs I want rid of.... Mix of front and rear racetech interact and the new RR's.... Will be sticking on the bay this week but if anyone on here is interested drop me a pm and I'll dig out the best ones and send some pics. As said need to free up some room and not on track for a while so open to sensible offers. Most have done no more than a days racing (1 qualy and 2 races) for the rear and two days for the front... But will mark them up so clear which ones folk are looking at if interested.... Interacts are 190/55 and the RR's are 200/55 Cheers, Jimbo
How much for your best pair of RR's and will they be suitable for the road (never bought a set of scrubs before and am unsure they are suitable for the road). Please send me a PM with a price and pic of the best pair.
I'll get some pics up tomorrow fella as need to drag em out in the light.... Think I have a k2 rear but will check..... If your doing dry miles should be ok, use pr4's on the road tbh but know plenty that do put them on road bikes and they clean up well and get decent miles for the money tbh
Cheers. I also like the idea of a 200 rear Would the 55 profile be equivalent of the 190/50 then? I like the feel of a 190/55 so would the 200 need to be a 60 to get the same profile?
Got me thinking now! I'll check it's not 200 60.....sorry mate if wrong info. They are brilliant tbh, don't feel massively diff IMHO but def get a bit more lean... I was actually grinding out my exhaust at Donny Just before I ground the whole left side at craners (Before sinewave pops up lol)
How much? For the better ones? I need 2 tyres for my RR9 - only for road use.. As thinking of buying new..as mine need changing asap.
I'd be interested in price for a delivered pair with 190/55 rear (interacts, I think). Have been using race scrubs on the road for years and love them, especially if you can find a reliable source.
I'm in Rochester Kent mate.... Don't notice the difference tbh. Although getting more lean on 200 as I ground out tip of my exhaust which I never done on 190
Yes the 200 has a bit more rubber to lean on I like mine on track but don't feel the need of the extra expenses for road use, if buying new, I go for 190/55 for road and 200 for track But those scrubs are cheap so why not give the 200's a try and see
