As you've said you're not fussy, I thought I'd stick up pics of my bike with 3 different exhausts. I personally reckon the standard with Powerbronze sleeve looks the best. Loudest was GP2 and nicest note is the Yoshi.

I had a Devil rocket can on my 600 based solely on the look of it, it sounded good too, performance wise I didn't really care what it did/didn't add to the bike, it just looked the dogs.

the mrs has a two bros on her er6 & I've got to say, with it being a twin, the rip off it is awesome & a nice wee bang on the overrun, I ride it just for that noise (cause the rest of the bike is a pig, but shhh)

to each his own. I'm looking at the Taylormade or the Scorpion rp-1 gp for the blade, again based on looks

Is it right that akropovic and yoshis are the only pipe that don't require a remap? That is surely gonna make big diff to costs.

Mine rode fine before fitting the Bazzaz. It's just a little crisper after where the fuelling is now correct (or at least better as I am running a generic R-77 map not a mapped one. The official Akra will be better as it has the flapper and cat.

Any aftermarket exhaust will benefit from a power commander/Bazzaz and a remap, just some more than others. Anything that gets rid of the cat Will run lean and will have to be re mapped.

My Dealer told me if I went for the new akra gp slip on I wouldn't need a map as was swaying towards a race fit before that.... Bike has just done first 600 miles so was thinking of getting fitted at same time as 1st service!

Not sure that Akra GP has the flapper or cat so will probably benefit from a PC5 or Bazzaz.

I would go with the exhaust that you like best it would be a shame to buy a new bike and not have the exhaust of your choice

Finally built her a proper home! Lots of storage space inside. Work bench and shelves too. Can fit 3 bikes in there.

Your right Kirkwall, I'm still looking for the one I like best. Cost obviously comes into it but It isn't the major factor. I'm not looking for any performance gains because I'll never really benefit from them as this bike will never see the track and my days of being a back road nutter are long gone. Anything that sounds good and looks the part is all I'm interested in. I like the look of the Two Brothers but I've spotted the new scorpion RP1GP can. Anyone got one of these and what are they like, sound wise.

I'm with Exup on that one, i think it has the look of a souped up boy racer car with a big bore exhaust, the outlet looks too big it has no "Style"

Thanks exuptoy nice work! I think it looks quite good, like having a small cannon under your right foot. Saying that there are some better looking options in my honest, humble opinion. I might just go ahead and buy the Delkevic though, I like the look of it and If It falls to bits after 5 minutes It has a 12 month guarantee and is only £180. If I don't like It when It's on the bike I'll ebay it and start all over again. What I will do Is upload some pics and sound bites when It's installed.

Nice one fella. At least we'll have an answer on here for any future exhaust browsers.
