Sort of a "wanted" but probably more chance in the race section

    Hi all,

I'm going to racing at the weekend and need some wets (it was a bit of a last minute decision). The forecast is good but it's England... Is there anyone within 20-30 mile radius of Sheffield who has some part worns that I could pick up between now and Sunday morning? Or does anyone know of anywhere that does them at decent prices and next day delivery? They are for an 08 blade so need a 190 on the back. Thanks in advance!

Cheers for the suggestion. I've dropped him a note and phone call. Hopefully he comes up with goods!

I'm "keeping it real" at Darley Moor this weekend. Should be interesting...

Darley Moor is ace fun in the wet!

Did a whole Trackday there in 2013 and it didn't stop raining all day!

Used Dunlop wets and U could get ya knee down I kid U not!

Once Tarmac has had any Oil/Contaminants washed off by prolonged rain the grip levels are very good and very predictable.

    :D

It was indeed interesting! It's the 4th race I've done now and it was both total carnage and the standard was really high! So many crashes through the day meant I hardly got to ride, when I finally got out for a second race my bike had an electrical fault and ended my day. Bummer!

Hopefully there'll be a more successful/enjoyable race meeting later in the year.
