    Wow!

Just wanted to share for anyone considering these tyres, they are seriously good( I k ow that many know this already)
Have always ridden on Pirelli Rosso Corsas before, but these Metzelers are in a different league, the grip is phenomenal and so so quick to heat up.
Also, just to add I decided to move from a 50 to 55 profile, another massive improvement!
    One happy rider, here's a pic ;)

Here's my tuppence worth....I'm currently riding in the Pyrenees on M7rr's. 55 profile. Tyres are very good, wear rate is superb as is wet weather riding. No signs of squaring off after around 1400 miles, although they're spending most of they're life leaned well over up to the edge as the roads here are great!
However......they have given me 4 bum clenching moments!
I conclude that for the average English "rosbif " they're a superb all rounder given the weather over there but they're no Rosso Corsa in the dry. I've used Rosso's on road and track and had no issues.
    Only my opinion :)

Nope! That's for track use, I know my stuff having been riding for more than 30 years and almost 20 on track.
You'll never get the same kind of heat into the tyres as you can on track!

I love Racetecs although I use Dunlop 212's on track.

I wouldnt question fireblokes ability or knowledge on track or road, having ridden both with him....

Although 39 seems high Steve I must admit. I'd have said 32/34 but I don't know shite - just ask someone next to me lol

A tyre can easily grow a few mm at high speed so keep an eye on it!

Also with tyre pressure if you set it at sea level it will increase at altitude due to atmospheric pressure drop!

    Pmsl.... That's proper technical!

Oxygen levels are also reduced, so coupled with sudden hike in tyre pressure, and lack of concentration, the catastrophic consequences are not worth thinking about ;)

good thread discussion as I'm on the hunt for new tyres for the H2. it eats rears and my Bridgestone R10 is on 1k and almost dead. So was thinking the Rosso but had the M7rr on my blade and was a great tyre.

I would love to go supercorsa but don't think it will last long at all.
Still unsure if the Rosso or M7rr will suit the H2. mainly used at the moment for fast road and in the dry

That bike is seriously nice, well in building that :)

I cant fault the M7rr as i have had them on track and road. Perform on both I feel.
