Hi guys, just about to pull the trigger and swap my MT10 for a 16 plate Blade from a guy in Middlesbrough, tri colour. Previous to the MT10 had a 11 plate S1000rr(too focused and uncomfortable) I've test ridden a 2013 blade and loved it. Is there much difference between 2013 and 2016? Cheers
Hi Nick, I've got my MT10 for sale on ebay with possible swap for blade, this does sound a bit suspicious but a guy phoned me up reckons he's purchased 2 blades to arrive next week one which he intends keeping himself, the other to sell on. Apparently his mate wants an MT10 so asked if I wanted swap for brand new pre registered blade plus a little bit of cash his way. We arranged to meet halfway as it is such a long distance between us. Anyway I will know more next week if this is a con or not
Hi there, good luck on the swap, the Blade I find is so comfortable to ride, had a Fazer before,made my back ache, too upright. Keep us informed on the new bike
Will do mate, I find the blade deceiving as it looks smaller than the s1000rr but the ergo's for me feel much better
I don't really know what it is with the Blade,i am 55 , I sat on it, started it and rode it, it felt very different to my Fazer , I soon fell in love with it.Rode it to Austrian Moto GP this year, no probs at all.
Hi and welcome, your find there are lots of little changes 2014 model onwards right up to current bike. Shop around for a good deal as the markets going to be on its arse for the next few months... good luck
