We gave him one on the start line! At the race track ;)

Apparently screaming "pin it!" To a bloke called mad as his first name isn't that sound advice :(

But yet again dude you pulled a top result out the bag in that last race in the face of adversity! Fair dues.... Took big balls that.

It'll all come together you watch! Highs and lows dude... Highs and lows!! :)

Ok boy's we are off to Donington this week for race weekend 3 on the calendar.

We start on Thursday with a standard track day, Friday we hang around waiting for Saturday. I have 1 race on Saturday and 3 on Sunday but I've also been invited to race with JDV Racings endurance team, first ever endurance race for me and I'm so excited:D.

I love Donny its my favourite circuit and hope to finally finish all races strongly, its time i stopped fvcking around and got serious....

The road has become a little longer than planned Kevin. The other half thinks that buying a useless house is more important than my racing career, she has no brains, i mean you can't even race a fooking houseo_O

Theres also the fact that i must still have boats loads of slowness left in my body as i haven't stopped crashing which seemed to cost me a small fortune every time, and there were many times:mad:

I will not give up though, i have a brand new 2016 zx10 waiting for me to smash some lap records next year:D

    Immmmmm Back

So after being away testing in Japan for Yamaha over the last 12 months or so I'm back to doing my own thing. Its time to get back to racing and for 2018 i shall be on a completely different bike. Yes you've guessed it i am moving over to the Yamaha R1, blame Alex Lowes he talked me into it..

My plans thus far are to do a couple of rounds next year with NLR and as many trackdays as humanly possible to acclimatise my self again with the UK circuits..

More to follow soon, hope you're all well....:D

So I managed to get a bargain on a brand new R1 for under 13k from Tamworth Yamaha, (thank you Tamworth).

Sadly i then had to take the bike straight to Kev at rev2race who is converting the bike from road to race. Her indoors wouldn't allow me to put it in the kitchen for a couple of days just to have a play:(

I shall only be having the basics done to get the bike ready for track which include.

Suspension, front Ohlins internals, rear Ohlins shock
    Race fairings
    Fork extensions
    Rad guards
    clip-ons and rearsets
    Akropovic end can
    Flash tune
    Quick action throttle
    Steering damper
    Brembo master cylinder
    Filter
    GB engine covers
    Brake lines and pads
    Rain light
    Leaver guard
    Blipper.

I think thats about it, i will try and get some photos up when i can but not much will happen over the winter, I'm hoping to have my first day out at Oulton in March if its warm enough...

I believe he's doing a few R1's at this time, spoke to him today asking to cancel the blipper. Reason for this is that i didn't realise that when adding a blipper to the current R1 you also have to change the quickshifter and thats not acceptable for me. Im told the current factory fitted quickshifter is extremely good so i really don't want to change that but next year Yamaha will sell a new factory quickshifter/blipper, (will be standard on the 2018 R1) so i will wait for that.....
