    Hi

It's the last few numbers of the code on the spring e.g -36/105.

Couldn't find anything for Honda but found some charts for Yamaha with the following weights:

    P.N. ____ Spring # ______ Rider Weight
    YA 638 21040-31/95 ..... 150 - 175
    YA 638 21040-34/100 ... 175 - 200
    YA 638 21040-36/105 ... 200 - 225
    YA 638 21040-39/110 ... 225 - 250

    YA 788 21040-31/95 ..... 150 - 175
    YA 788 21040-34/100 ... 175 - 200
    YA 788 21040-36/105 ... 200 - 225
    YA 788 21040-39/110 ... 225 - 250

I've got a 105 on mine and weight about 15 Stone with gear on, so seems about right with the weights above.

    Cheers
    Mike

My 2016 SP came with 110 spring as standard so I changed to a 100 as I am about 12 stone and this seems to work well for me.
