The last time honda made something exotic it cost £150,000. Dread to think how much they think they can charge for an all new V4.

True, Stevie. I've seen various 'versions'. But a man has to have dreams! It must come to fruition sooner or later, especially in light of the V4 trend set by Aprilia and Ducati - duly acknowledging that Honda actually started the 'trend' with the VF 750 back in 1983 (or more specifically, the NR 500 V4 Factory Race Bike in 1979.)

However, I have my wallet ready and as soon as the official word is out, I'm there. Hopefully it won't be in that 'exotic' range of £150,000 that @CharlieR85 suggested.:(

The word is it will have to be under 40k Euros for WSB homologation and it's rumoured as being readied for Honda's 70th anniversary in 2019. There are also a fair few bits that have now been spotted going through the patent process.

Rumors, rumors. I went to my local Honda dealer today and enquired about it. They had no info at all. I was prepared to leave a 'first option' deposit, but they wouldn't even take my money:(.

The dealers are the worst. I've been in a number of times and they've known nothing about new bikes, not even when it's been just colour changes. I told them last year that a replacement CB1000R was coming.

You're right there df, the dealers always seem to be the last to know anything

Congrats on the Blade, Jamie. Gary must be finding the SP real good - he hasn't been back since buying it!

I am at an age now that my baffle is well and truly in. My days of setting off car alarms (VTR SP1 with Arrow cans or VTR SP2 with Akrapovics) are long gone. I even look at a Racefit or a megaphone exhaust now and think ‘Nah’.
