Oh yes forgot about Jack Miller at Assen!

JL has finally accomplished what he went to Ducati to do, I wish him more success from here on in as it will make the championship more exciting if that's possible.

Next year if he manages to win on the Honda he'll have won on 3 different manufacturers in the premier class which speaks for itself really!

Hey Paul. Shall I PM the mods to amend your post to "'when' he manages to win on a Honda" or will you do it yourself? :D

I can't buy a Repsol because too many members would take the 'P' out of me.:D

Seriously though, I've never particularly 'followed' Lorenzo. For me, it's Honda as my priority AND THEN the riders. So now, on the Honda, whether it be Lorenzo or Loris Baz, I will hope they succeed. A comparable situation was similar in F1 a couple of years ago. I always saw Vettel as conceited and arrogant (a trait I share;)) but on his move to Ferrari I recognised the enormous challenge ahead and hoped he could pull it off in much the same way Schumacher did. The rest is history on that score.

You will know how much 'Lorenzo love' I'm feeling when in about March next year, I will be posting pics of my Repsol Lorenzo 99 T-shirt, cap, and jacket!!:D

Yep, that's a fair placement. The bike's done well with Espa' and I think Andrea could get even more from it - if he retains/improves his current form.

Scott Redding won't get another berth; he'll probably fall into WSB - if he's lucky. Shame, because he was great on the Marc VDS Moto 2.

The aprilia is the smallest team and poorest team in the motogp grid, until there’s money put into that team itll never be a full factory team.

You can’t be a factory team and have more DNF’s than top 10’s. Terrible move for Espargaró and no better for Iannone.

Aprilia will be the last stop before the motogp junkyard.

I’m actually annoyed about Scott Reading because he clearly has the talent I just don’t think it’s the level for him. I think he could do damage in wsbk on the right bike. Hope it works out for him.

Do agree with someone above though and there needs to be a serious clearout on the grid, people just riding around who will never make an impact on the field.

Well......Hodgson summed it up perfectly while speaking of Lorenzo,

"There is no better feeling than proving everyone wrong when they're all against you";):)

One swallow does not a summer make. Fair does for today but 2 wins in 2 seasons is nothing to write home about at "Alien" level. Not the first rider to get results after announcing their departure.

Was more interested in what Hodgie said about what Ducati effectively bootee him out.

NO!! if you watched it you'd have seen he actually got duffed up by Marquez and Ianonne on the first lap and had to retake those rider's to get back to the front and had Marquez breathing down his neck for the whole race is no easy task i'm sure you'd agree......or probably don't:rolleyes:

I don't suppose you heard the comment's from Keith Huewen either, about the Honda being a more versatile bike to ride than the Ducati, so if Lorenzo can do what he's doing now, he and Hodgson said they fully expect him to win races next year on the Honda...…..going on to say further that if an 8 stone piss wet through, 5'1" Dani Pedrosa can ride the thing with a smooth 250 style then a bigger stronger Jorge Lorenzo should be able to get it to work in his favour!o_O but WTF do they know? ;)

I would have liked to see if MM could have stayed with him throughout if Dovi hadnt crashed, certainly got the duke going for JL now.
