It is helping people see a new mod people haven’t seen or can’t get. It is what it is. Don’t want then don’t comment. Go find and get the sizes you need please, oh wait you don’t know! So check your facts First. If you wanted these from hrp which you can’t get into England are €50 plus then sending to uk
Im making about £5 as includes the time to sort all this, packaging, postage, PayPal fees, the actual items which inc one special made washer which aren’t cheap, full printed instructions etc, my support, my time/fuel to get to post office

My logical mind makes me wonder WHY these have come into the market. With 10 years of Honda producing Blades (2008 - 18) has there been reported problems with swing arm 'free play' on our bikes? Is anyone aware of recalls for 2008 onwards? Should I be concerned for my own 2008 that I might enter a fast corner and because my swing arm is 'off centre' I'll miss my line?

Perhaps these 'special made' washers have been specifically manufactured only for race bikes with an already modified swing arm?

Maybe I should do a trial run with these at 66p each https://www.accu.co.uk/en/flat-wash...X25WuOXcEE_CTDOmMGxwhMc2N19QkR-YaAri4EALw_wcB
before investing in the authentic product.

I don't think there for free play, but for the way they pivot better,

I could take an educated guess at the size and order 2 sizes above and below what I think they are and it would still be less than £2. You don't need instructions, it's straight forward and I'm not sure what your support would offer for the removal of 1 bolt?

Not sure if ones you found are the same as mine high spec teflon washers and you need exact sizing. As something going wrong with your suspension is never a good thought. These spec'ed as per the place that produces parts and racebikes etc. So tried and tested thus no problems.
Also found this after a quick search... so there has been few problems of this. This 1 area people dont check or notice often.

You could even fabricate your own with a small teflon sheet. It's not as if they need to be pretty.

Well yes true, nothing stopping you, but mine already made to fit, not guessing and thus no problems with the movement in the linkage.
2 bolts :p... and abit of work needed actually, supporting the bike off the ground, exhaust off etc. Lots people cant do basic stuff

Well now you know your way of doing it... so you found new mod you can do yourself. Happy days.

Why don't you just measure up your magic bean washers from this German outfit and order a batch of equivellant from a website like Nigel suggested for pennies and carry on charging £30? You would change your profit from £5 to £27. That is how to properly rip people off my friend.

Now come on Charlie. We all know that competitive consumer demand will be satisfied by 'value adding' the product.

There is a multitude of support that would be applicable (and possibly appreciated) for this (complex for some) operation. for instance:
    • preparation of clean work area
    • adequate lighting
    • appropriate socket size
    • reference to manual for specified torque
    • hire/purchase of torque wrench

There has always been issues with play on the 08 plus on race bikes. This is to do with the design using roller bearings and not the lack of washers!

I have the Factory HRC swingarm and the fittings are interchangable with stock (and will fit on the 17/18 bike) so suffers the same issues as a stock bike.

There is some side play but does not impact the handling and indeed causes some wear on the dogbone and plates.

These washers will stop wear on these components (linkages can be sourced on ebay for £20 used but doubt it would come to that)

This personally should be 'low cost' mod that should be shared openly as a 'how to' and for less inclined an option to buy his washers rather than solely for profit.

Also HRP do ship to the UK as I have had many parts off them but you have to email them first (Should you want to fork out £50!)

Is that this kind of swingarm?

    PATA Honda CBR1000RR.jpg

How do you get hold of these? I ha e a factory akra system which runs really close to the stock swinger, ideally need one of these type.

No mate but have a hydraulic brake switch to fit that replaces the banjo if I need to wire it in.
