    True. But I am sure you'd agree that the visual appeal of something 'red hot' can get the adrenalin (or more) flowing;).

    I know each to their own and all that, but I reckon that's a shameful way to treat a bike.:(:(

    Same thing I think as I winge when someone bounces off the rev limiter for no good reason in a parking lot during a bike meet. I just imagine valves floating about and destruction.

    I like a good blip of the throttle.
    At the bike show in London last year Chris Walker fired up a Kawasaki, cant remember the model - the weird looking one :oops:.... anyway he held the throttle open for about 3/4 minutes, which doesn’t sound long but it was soooo loud my ears were ringing for about the same time after he’d shut down.

    Good way to grab attention to his stand I suppose :rolleyes:
