    Hi all,

I'm thinking of going to Motorcycle Live for the first time. Does anyone have any recommendations for which days are best to go? Is it much quieter in the week?

    Thanks

Week days are the best , you can get round easier and see more . Last day is just to busy , ya can't move for folk , but there are more bargains to be had if that's what your after . Also there are the star's of racing on certain days throughout the event

+1 for weekdays. I normally go Wednesday or Thursday, quiter so more chance of getting a sit on the bikes you want and time haggle on prices.

I miss the preview day they used to do.

We have exhibited at MCL for 10 years, if you want quiet avoid the 1st & last 3 days, Tuesday is by far the quietest day, park in the railway station car park, it's cheaper than the NEC ones.

Does the AGV fit you? I had a Shark and like the look of AGVs but I just can't wear them, almost rip my head off in the haste to remove them

The Pista GP R fit me great, but I wasn't a fan of the $1900 price tag. I almost sprung for the Rossi 20th anniversary model.

Hi yes fits me spot on in a small I have a thin face it does sit high on the neck and feels like a cycle helmet if that makes sense I tried on a Arai which I have had before but felt big and bulky compared to this...tried a shoei and doesn't suit me to much gap around the chin.....the zarco shark las test one looks good but Agv gloss carbon is the one but £899....hmmm next model down carbon/mix is 600... Shark about 499 wait and see what Santa brings,,

Wow, Anna Carrasco's there on the 17th. That's a major coup. Would be worthwhile talking to her for anyone even remotely interested in motorcycle racing would have to be impressed with her achievements.

Looking like it's this Sunday for me. Prefer quieter weekdays but weather looking sunny/fine for a good ride down...so double the pleasure :)

That's a decent ride for you. Two and a half you reckon?

Don't need to tell you stuff you don't know, but the earlier the better. I got there first-up on Sunday last year. Was good for the first hour or so, but from about 11am was super congested worse at the food vendors.

PS. You could have stayed overnight at my place, but I'm not putting away my fave cushions for anyone!!:p;)

Lol its only 80 miles Nige...I'll be there in 2 shakes of a lambs tail :)

Don't forget I'm on the fastness of Blackness not an HRC snail ;)

That's a super kind offer of an overnight stay but I'm a terrible sleepwalker & I'd hate for you to wake up thinking...oh my God

Is that my SP revving off down the road!o_O

    ;) :D
