Hi all, in the process of changing my nose cowl. Got it off and swapped the headlight unit and will be putting it on again soon.
But... does anyone know what these connectors do and if it matters whether the left/right wires go back on the same way??
Probably should’ve marked them left and right but hey ho, 20:20 hindsight eh.

    Thanks in advance ...

Not sure what year you have, just a guess at turn signals? or sidelights?

Apologies, it’s an 08! They come out from the centre of the headlight unit and plug in beneath the inner covers on each side. Looks like it might be something to do with the air intakes...
I think I found the faintest of of “R”’s on one connector so have put it all back together and fingers crossed.
Also taking that nose cowl is such a pain

Pretty sure you're right. They plug into the top of the air ducts just in front of the intake diaphrams with the gold/brass top.

Indeedy. looks identical on each side so hopefully shouldn’t matter which side they go on... hope the faint pen mark which looked like a “P” is actually an “R”, because it’s on that side now!

It is. Plugged/Unplugged mine multiple times, never paid attention if there was a specific Left or Right side, never had problems.
