    Hi Folks,
I'm looking for a set of decent frame sliders to suit my 2014 model. They must be the non drill / no cut type.
    Thanks

    Thanks Mr Spygoat but jeez!!!
Them y'all in Texas are wanting either 65 or 114 bucks for posting across the pond to good old Blighty? I thought DHL were dear but they use UPS who are obviously not aware that we use planes nowadays instead of ocean going freighters, lol. At 210 USD its not too bad but sure as shit they will end up stuck in Stanstead waiting for the 18% (or whatever it is now) import duty.
The sliders look good and that material is quality stuff but I will keep looking mate. Thanks for your time there thou mate :)
    I'm not really tight....;)

Expensive but I think worth it

    Thanks Stuish,
Did I mention I'm not really tight...;) that might have been an exaggeration hahaha. To be honest, I've heard and read a few mixed reviews on the R&G stuff not being as good as it once was??

I've seen some on the Powerbronze website at £125 but looking at their history of quality products and the fact that theirs have no link bar between each bracket they are not a contender...even though they do have orange ones which look like they would match my fairing well.
I've also found some on another site BikeHPS for £143 and although they look stronger I just don't like the shape.

Hopefully there may be a few more of the resident experts chipping in and I can make a better decision? :)
    Cheers

If you'd like, ship them to me and I'll send them across the pond. Always a standing offer on my part to my brethren back home!

    Thanks Pal, thats really appreciated.
I'm hoping some of the folks here may have a set laying around if they upgraded to a newer model / different bike, and they might be available at a better price but I will certainly keep you in mind. Must say that's very helpful of you for a stranger and makes me think there might be some good left in the world after all :D It still makes me grin being back on the bike after a few years away, and every other bike acknowledges you in the passing - it's proper class that

I've had members send me products and I've sent members products and almost every exchange has gone perfect..except that one, where I sent something to a member in good faith and then got screwed on the payment. However, that isn't the norm!

Well, I just bit the bullet and ordered a set of these, along with the boot heel guards for the frame as my left side is showing some silver through the black already and with only 4900 on the clock.
I'm going to have to look for something else to use instead of the R&G logos on all their stuff. Advertising is one thing but its a bit OTT with their gear methinks?

Exactly, and I have been outspoken (surprise for me:rolleyes:) on this before. No one would object to a company or brand name on products, but when some things have a massive R & G totally dominating said product, the time comes to look elsewhere!!

I was trying to get clear tank grip pads too, and guess what, even their road versions now have the hole cut out to have their damn emblem. Seriously there could be 20 of them on each side!!! WTF. Won't be buying theirs now thats for sure Although the sliders are on order but I will find something else to put over the bolt holes
