read an article that London will introduce a 20mph within the congestion charge area. So in one way we won’t have to constantly Cheching our speed between 30,40 or 20. Does this mean less revenue for mr Khan? Must feel sorry for poor souls driving/ riding @ 20 late @ night to early morning.
NYC has a speed limit of 25 mph in all 5 boroughs. They still collect a gazillion dollars a year in fines.
Whatever they do they won't lose money. Khan and his ilk may like the red side of politics but they love the multitude of colours that money come in most of all.
I am sure they will introduce new road signage and penalise the motorist and make up for any potential shortfall
