Glad the season over need a break from all the bollockes ...overhyped...over paid ....city's bench yesterday 247 million Watord 47millon saints bench £2,50 and some school kids 4 tiers in the league now I bet if you put the value of the players for each team it would pretty much be where they finished this year....

Jersey beat Guernsey 3 - 1 in the Murrati Final - went to penalties. Not a great game, but its the Muratti.

Some Guernsey fans being told by security not to sing their song that had the word "wa..kers" in it :D

Ross Allen, but he went to live in New Zealand - doing well there. He scored 239 goals for Guernsey in 226 games !!

Guernsey football hasn't been the same since he left :D

No I don't go when on sky....saves 45 quid ....once we went down to 10 men I carried on watching wsbk then when I saw 5 -0 didn't bother.....saw some highlights 3 of the goals we passed the ball to them 2 of them the keeper is shocking....we have flirted with the bottom for 3 seasons keep selling our best players and replacing with youngsters that are not good enough , I think the most shocking thing was the lack of fight they just gave up even with 10 men you can still all get behind the ball....mgr keeps changing team but owners to blame ...just ordered some new cycling stuff with the money I saved....be a while before I go again not because we're losing just lack of entertainment.....may take my son when he is back from the states over the Christmas period....again we are going to have to rely on teams worse than us the only plus is a lot of teams all around the same points.

    VAR

This weekend has shown what an abomination VAR actually is.

I'm an Arsenal supporter, our 3rd goal was ruled out by some faceless nameless twat sat miles away making a random WRONG decision.

    It's a f******* shambles

As for Mane chucking himself on the floor and the penalty against Everton the guy was watching the ball hardy touched the Pet shop boys United (Brighton) players foot and again goes down like he's been shot....it really is ruining the whole game for me,, Thankfully the Ruby World Cup is on....

I will never understand this soccer malarky. Paying stupid money to watch overpaid cry babies kick a ball around for 90mins is beyond me. Worse again, is watching my Irish compatriots, supporting these teams & flying over to do same. Is there even a Liverpool lad playing for Liverpool or a Manchester lad playing for either Utd or City,

    Load of old bollocks,

    Don't mean to offend anyone?

Well it’s a day for resurrecting threads I guess, TBH I really thought this season would be cancelled, and largely a lot of the early games after lockdown were tepid, but here we are today, end of another season, ultimately ‘Always the victims and never their fault’ run away with it, and as Citeh no longer has a defence, what would have been a tight 2 horse race from the outset was actually a canter to the finishing line by a well trained thourghbred, with the only credible opposition hobbling all season.

So the only final, Super Sunday as Sky bill it, excitement is which 2 of 3 basket cases join the worst team probably to ever play Premier League football in Div 2 next season, sorry Championship that is.

Probably a few excited fans looking at Europe as well but that might be a poisoned chalice in what will be a shortened fixture congested 20-21 season.

Just got a sneaky feeling Eddie and his bunch of deck chair attendants might just cause an upset. If the world is fair Villa would stay up, but it ain’t but at least it’s in their own hands and the Happy Hammers are always good to play when you are desperate for points.

The team that is dire and only put on 3 points since Feb, yep Hodgsons donkeys really deserve the drop, I mean 30 goals in 37 games and you stay up really I guess shows how poor this league is at present.

Still come 5PM it will all be in the history books.

I too thought the season would be cancelled but as we know there is BIG money involved these days so Sky and BT get their way and we’ve had a compressed end of season finale.
Did you see the videos of the bin dippers rioting outside Anfield, total scum.

Almost there then, ten past two as I type, MotoGP done and out to walk the dogs before getting on the Stellas and “enjoying” the last game of the season.
We”ve got Watford and as much as my preference is for London clubs to do well against those northern monkeys I really can’t stand Troy Deeney so get to fuck Watford, hopefully we can smash them and send them down.

    Come on you Gunners!

On another note, the Dildo Twins that own and milk the life out of West Ham, have written to me to advise my seat is being relocated forward as they have determined that to make the Athletics Bowl more like a football stadium than the sh*t hole it is, so they are squaring off the 2 lower stands behind the goal, WTF, WTF!!!!!!
So I may now be able to see the action at the far end without a pair of binoculars but the prize for that is that when it rains I’m definitely getting wet now, don’t these ignorant fcukwits realise you can paint a turd but no matter what colour takes your fancy it will still smell like sh*t, the sooner these 2 c**ts and the Baroness get out of our club, and we get some owners with some balls to build a proper stadium will not be a day too soon.

    I remember football.
I remember a games master making us play football in the rain.
    Builds character don't you know?.
I have neither participated in it nor watched it ever since.
    That would be about 1966.
I assume from the discussion above that it still happens.
    I sympathise.
