Nice bit of kit , If i could get £75 for an as new set of Black Pazzos might get one , its continual spending on here lol

 

Just a bit of advice Steve , just remembered , I had to put 2 copper washers between the lines on the banjo , other wise you won't be able to nip it up properly , will leave them loose when banjo is tight up
That was the case with mine any way ????

 

Not loose as such over statement , not fully sealed is a better discription

Thanks for that Bob. Just tried it with 3 washers and sure enough, they are nothing like tight. Bit dodgy that!

 

Fitting the RCS tonight.
Got it mounted and connected the hoses (Bobmg was spot on with the 4 washer needed - did you do this Jamie?).
the hose from the res to the MC is too loose a fit on the MC connection.
I will have to get some more.
Also need to buy a couple of male spades for the brake switch connection too.
Got the bracket made today. Just need to apply the bends in the right places once i have the res pipe.

Regarding the clutch i fitted the other night - anyone else who has this setup got an issue with the clutch cable hitting the speedo when turning the bars to the left?

Yes I used 4 washers Steve otherwise it will not nip up

Glad you got the bracket made, shame the tube is to big thats why I bought the kit as I like to be able to fit without modifying to much, but you seem at ease with fabricating the kit yourself

AND how come you got stickers.... I did not get stickers !!!!

 

I got 4 of the Carpimoto ones and 2 brembo.
I will send you a couple of Carpimoto stickers if u like!

 

aaah just as i thought. i did ask if the stock reservoir tube fits the RCS. thought it might be too big. will have to get some too when i order mine.

Got the pipe sorted today and all is fitted.
I must say I am not happy with the banjo fit. Looking at the depth of the threaded hole, i am sure the banjo is bottoming out even with 4 washers on.
I gave it a good tighten and put a cable tie round the lever to apply pressure. After an hour or so, some fluid had leaked.
I have managed to tighten it up a bit more, but i am not convinced there is much more pressure on the joints.
I may buy a HEL double banjo off Jonny and see if this is better.

I bought a pro bolt racing double banjo, which I have not fitted as I tried with that first then the brembo, then with 4 washers and all was good could send it to you if you want or you could just bang in one more washer two top one midd two bottom ?

Bracket looks great, those dimensions where ok I hope
