Honda Grantham sold my RR5 to someone in the Dover area, so they say? The point is the forum stickers were on the screen and I would expect the new owner to be curious and visit this site?? Is that you, are your following the site as a guest if so make yourself known and say hi.
Are you sure you want him to know who you are and how you treated that bike? You never serviced it, disconnected the speedo and took it racing, Took it green landing with Zee, dropped it, did over 200 mph on the motorway (it is a black one, the fastest of the lot) Beat Guy Martin at the IOM TT, Lent it to Johny Rea to win the Suzuka 8 Hour, I'm sure there is more but can't remember them all, help me out guys!
I'm flattered you think I could ride like that and that I'm a close friend of Guy? As for 200mph that is slightly exaggerated 192 was more like the actual speed, down telegraph hill in devon, Ken will know the road. The bike was rebuilt after the green lane off, to such a standard that you would think it had indeed only done the 4000 on the clock!
Didn't he used to ride it bare arsed naked when his farmers used to ooze. Something about the vibration used help the clotting process, or something...
Ahh, Telegraph Hill. Not much scares me on the road, but the sight of a snow plough mounted on a gritting lorry sliding backwards at 30 mph while running flat out in first with sparks coming off the snow chains'll do it.
Shame to see you have traded in Ken, take your new vehicle up tele hill and if you get to the top, on one battery, I'll buy you a new blade!
