Great stuff. I removed seats, rear seat cowl, seat lock, the coloured plastic under the tail piece, drop the undertray and rest on rear wheel then remove the bolt at the back of the subframe that holds the two halves togeter. I then removed one side of the sub frame at a time. Yes - OE bolts to hold the brackets onto the frame. You will notice the spacers are different lengths. short to the front, long to the back.
      Took me about 1.5 hours.
      Enjoy matey.

They are good quality. Bats keeps banging on about them being crap. I really cant see how anyone can say that.
I think if you look at the photo of mine in the thread when i first started it, you can see the plug. Gilles must supply it somehow.
I havnt given up on them yet and will see how i go over the weekend.

Oh. I didnt realise they did both options of OEM plug or not.
The problem I have is even at the furthest forward position, they still feel a bit too far back for me.
I will see how it goes.

Mine came with the standard connector - its just plug and play matey.
I may be selling my VDRs as the position does not suit me as well as the standards.
Gutted as i really like the look of them.

The tech spec grips made me lose a little bit of the red stripe on the tank but I saved a few inches of it by placing the pads a little low... Better fit for me anyways... I got the C3...
Just got my HRC reservoir socks but I bought the wrong ones, not embroidered, so have to buy embroidered ones soon...
I have an 8*6 reg plate with HRC on the bottom I need to get it drilled
I need to get R&G cotton reels and a paddock stand (last bike had a centre stand)
Then R&G rad guard and engine case sliders, maybe bar ends as well...
Then Carbon Hugger and eventually Carbon front mudguard...
Gonna have to save and wait for a good deal on an exhaust... so may go with Akra Carbon since I have black swing arm and frame...)

      Loving this bike mate!
Tell ya what, I got it with Heated grips and they are great cuz they are the Oxford sport and they are thicker than OEM, so more meat in my hand which I like!!

I think you are WAY far away from me... i am in London... Would love to meet up one day...

Thanks for the FR, mate!! I just bought myself some Honda Fireblade HRC rim stickers... and fitted TechSpec tank grips and tribo seat this weekend!!

I notice you have your mirrors off on your track day pics... Is that difficult to do? What with the wiring for lights and all....

      Cheers,

      Jason.

I passed your best wishes on to Jonah, mate.

He asked me to return them and tell you how sorry he is to hear the tragic news about Jamie.

      Cheers

Jamie, check out the new show us your garage thread. Nutty's got this idea for winding Craig up. He's got a ltd edition mick doohan print. One of only ten. She's trying to get eleven people to say they've got one too. Post on and say you've got one and I'll try and rustle up some others.

It was great around town . I sold it as i wasn't using it a lot and im gutted now as it was great fun. I bought standard and it was restricted loads by a rubbish carb and a tiny exhaust so with a 39mm carb from a YZF450 , Scorpion exhaust and some jetting it was a wheely machine. Only complaint was on the motorway was a bit of a struggle as there is no where to hide from the wind.
Around town and country lanes thou, AMAZING
