^^^^this. I had the same issue with my 2016 Repsol. The kill switch was the culprit.
Clicking could be an issue with a weak/dead battery. If the fuel pump isn't whirring, the kill switch could be causing this or the fuel...
Can you hear the fuel pump priming?
