QUICK UPDATE ------ spoke with healtec. removed washers and relocated to shift rod. adjusted kill time from 70 to 55ms all sweet now.

Hi Peter chain sprockets are all brand new and adjusted. I have moved the sensor to inline on the shift rod to see if it makes any difference ....
STD setting wasn't good in track so adjusted to these. But still kangaroos at real heavy acceleration.
Can I bring this back to life fitted mine today while it smooth at constant rev or gradual increase when under hard acceleration it jolts ....
