Well the IACV only controls the idle and not the main Fueling So it wouldn't flood the bike.unplug it start the bike and see what Happen's.

you can roll off and on the throttle at a ton and wheelie easy which it definitely wouldnt do before fitting the PC

then I would check the air intakes are in place and also check none of the vacuum pipes have popped off. if they are all fine it can be the IACV .
I have stock gearing but am running the power commander and it now sends the wheel skyward in the first four gears when you send it on a bit.

Could be a faulty air temp sensor in the air box. This would cause a fast idle too
