Yesterday turned out to be pretty decent. A cold start, but warm in the middle. I've changed my GoPro from a Hero 2 to a Hero 9 Black, which is miles ahead of the old one. You've only got to look at the footage from the March 6th video to see that the stabilisation in the new one is doing its job. I just need to turn the horizon levelling off as it's messing with the footage when leaned over.

Was it a later start than normal? Saw a bike on a trailer at Ulceby Cross about 07:15 and thought they'd have to get a move on to be there for the brief.
Briefings are online now, so you can do them at home on the day before and rock up a bit later. Signing on and noise testing is around 8am and then the track opens at 9am. If you know the running order before you get there then you can bag another 20-40 minutes.
