Where is the best position to measure chain slack? position 1,2, or 3 ? Also, is it best to measure on paddock stands or on tarmac? Thanks
Centre point between the two sprockets, 2/3 looks about correct. The place of max deflection. I do it on the stand, don't think it matters much. Mike.
