Today my younger son wanted to do a bit of work on the Blade, so I looked for a job and decided to flush the clutch fluid. The fluid was a little dark but no bits suspended in it or any other worrying symptoms. My question is, as I'm not that familiar with the Blade, are the clutch master and slave units at all fragile, The bike is 8 year old, should I strip them and have a look or leave them alone. I have the time and I'm not riding the bike, so I don't mind messing on with a can of beer in my hand, in the evening after work.

Mines 9 years old and had just about everything apart and its all been fine ! Only two bitches was one of them poxy rubber nut things in the lower fairing, and the middle hugger bolt ! Everything else is as good as when it left the factory with in reason..

All depends mainly on how its been cared for over the years really...
