Removed the clutch slave today to get to the front sprocket and the gasket is bust. Am I ok using some liquid gasket, or is that a bad idea and I best to get an OEM replacement gasket?

Half of mine is on the floor :(

Excellent. Would have happily bought a new one, but hate paying a fiver delivery for a £3 part and then have to wait days.

Or just buy a sheet of gasket paper on the evil bay for a couple of quid and have gaskets for years :)
