    Are these any good? Apparently you can be up to 5cm lower than the OEM ones.
    Might even make knee down a little easier in the Winter months.

    I couldn't get on with them personally but they were bought by another forum dweller so I hope they were ok for them.
    I just found that because they moved back as well as down you had to overstretch for the gear lever (Im saving my pennies for rearsets!!)

    I had some for a while and yeah they are pretty good, you will have to play around with the gear change position to get it comfortable for changes or get an aftermarket one with adjustable toe peg

    I now find gear changes are gritty and stiff with the gilles
