welcome mate... must say, love your bike... certainly wouldnt be selling that, would keep for the odd sunday blast!
Hi John Nice to see you made it here at last....... LOL, I think we have all three forums covered now (1000rr.net, fireblades.org & 1000rr.co.uk). I find this one the most active and the USA one (1000rr.net) the best one for technical info, probably due to the fact that they have to whole of the USA riders putting info onto it, so great to find information if your rebuilding or modifying, as normally someone's already done it and all the info's already there. Met with Martin Owen on Monday at Loomies and ArthurBikesMad (Very Knowledgeble Guy - Had a great chat) so shame you missed it, but I hear you had a quick ride to Weymouth that I missed out on. A new rear tyre fitted just the day before would have made my cornering even worse than it is, but i only need a hundred yards and I'm on your tail again. If I ever get famous and they name part of a track after me, you know it'll be one of the straights and not a curve.......LOL. Looking forward to seeing the new blade and I'm always up for helping out when it comes to rebuild time. Got your PM's but doesn't look like I'll be making anything this coming weekend, as looks like I've been stitched up at work and will be on-call. But at least by the next weekend I'll have been to Crescent Suzuki and she'll have been on the dyno and mapped up. Catch ya soon Jim
